Love handles…??????? Belt thingy?
Whats that belt thing that you wear around your abdomen that makes you lose your love handles when you exercise with it on?
It’s called a waist belt and it doesn’t really help to lose any belly fat. Sorry…but a lot of the people in my gym use it and they say even months of using it…doesn’t really work.
